If for any reason AutoJawab does not meet your expectations or does not work with your Google Business Profile listings, we offer a straightforward, no-friction refund policy as detailed below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscriptions (both Monthly and Annual plans):

• Eligibility Window: You may request a 100% full refund within 7 days from the date and time of your initial payment.
• No Questions Asked: If the Google API integration does not sync your profile, or if you simply decide the product is not right for your team, we will process your refund without delay.
• How to Claim: Simply email our billing team at support@autojawab.online with your registered account email and Razorpay payment reference ID.

3. Subscription Cancellation Procedure

You maintain total control over your active subscription at all times. There are no lock-in periods or hidden termination fees:

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any moment directly from your AutoJawab dashboard or by sending a cancellation request to support@autojawab.online.
• Access After Cancellation: When you cancel a paid plan, your account remains fully active with all features until the end of your current paid billing period (month or year). You will not be billed again once cancelled.
• Subsequent Renewals: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Renewal charges billed after the initial 7-day guarantee are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle begins, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

4. Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

Once your refund request is confirmed by our billing team:

Refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI ID, or netbanking account) used at checkout.

5. Upgrades, Downgrades & Location Add-ons

If you purchase additional location add-on slots (₹299/mo or ₹199/mo annual) or upgrade your plan from Solo to Growth or Unlimited Fleet:

• Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing adjustments.
• Location add-on removals apply at the start of your subsequent billing cycle.
• Unused days on legacy subscriptions are credited toward your new tier.
