2. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and company name provided during registration.
• Google Account & Profile Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0, we receive your Google user email, authorized account ID, location IDs, verified business titles, and access/refresh tokens.
• Customer Review Data: Public customer reviews, star ratings, reviewer display names, timestamps, and owner replies fetched via the official Google Business Profile API.
• Payment Information: Transaction identifiers, subscription plan choices, and payment status processed securely through our RBI-authorized payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To synchronize your Google Business Profile locations and incoming customer reviews.
• To draft personalized, brand-voiced AI responses using OpenAI models.
• To post approved or automated review replies directly to Google Business Profile via official API calls.
• To calculate response rate, sentiment analytics, and review performance reports.
• To process subscription payments, send invoice confirmations, and provide technical assistance.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. Google OAuth tokens are stored in secure, encrypted databases with restricted access protocols.

5. Your Rights: Data Deletion & Revoking Access

You have full sovereignty over your business data:

• Disconnect Google Account: You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from your dashboard or via your Google Account Permissions page.
• Data Deletion Request: You can request full deletion of your account, cached reviews, and settings by emailing us at support@autojawab.online. All associated data will be permanently wiped within 7 business days.
